There is no parking at the property, however, Greys Road car park & Henley train station car park are all reachable within minutes. Most car parks in Henley offer free parking overnight.

- Linen included - 1 hand towel per person, 1 floor mat per bathroom with shower or bath, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat.
- 1 hair dryer
- 1 iron and ironing board
- 1 hand soap, shower gel and shampoo per bathroom with a shower or bath
The price includes twice monthly cleaning and linen
changes, all bills, parking and WIFI.
If you would like move forwards with this property, please let us know and we will issue an invoice right away.
We require 25% of the first full months stay to take
the property offline and confirm the booking. Once this has been paid, we can also arrange for you to view the property if required.
The damage deposit will then be held but returned in full at the end of your stay provided there is no damage or additional cleaning required.
We will then require any additional nights in the
following month/ months to be paid by bank transfer in full before the 15th of each month. We will provide an invoice for this ahead of time.
Payments for each month’s rent are required by the 15th of the month before, if we do not receive payment by the 15th for the following month, we will assume that you do not wish to move forwards with the following month.
If you do not wish to move forwards with your stay for whatever reason we will refund the 25% deposit minus 15%.
Any cancellations made after full payment are not eligible for a full refund, any refunds will need to be agreed with HH/the
property owner.
