Booking Terms and Conditions By booking any accommodation via Hosting Homes or via Hosting Holidays trading as Hosting Homes Ltd you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Hosting Holidays is a trading name of Hosting Homes a Limited Company registered in England and Wales number 116 217 07 of Hosting Homes, Henley Business Centre Graffix House, Newtown Road, Henley on Thames, RG9 1HG.

1. Inclusions

  • The listed price includes twice-monthly cleaning and linen changes, all utility bills, parking, and access to WIFI services.

2. Reservation Process

  • To secure your booking, a payment equivalent to 25% of the first full month's stay is required. This payment will take the property offline and confirm your reservation. Upon receipt of this payment, arrangements can be made for property viewings if requested.

3. Damage Deposit

  • A damage deposit will be held upon confirmation of the booking. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage or need for additional cleaning.

4. Additional Nights and Rent Payments

  • Any additional nights beyond the first month's stay must be paid in full via bank transfer before the 15th of each month. Invoices for these additional nights will be provided in advance.

5. Rent Payment Schedule

  • Rent payments for each month are due by the 15th of the preceding month. Failure to submit payment by the 15th will be construed as a decision not to proceed with the following month's stay.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of cancellation before full payment, a refund of the 25% deposit minus 15% will be issued.
  • Cancellations made after full payment are not eligible for a complete refund. Any potential refunds must be agreed upon with HH/the property owner.

By making a reservation or payment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. HH/the property owner reserves the right to make changes or modifications to these terms as necessary.
